All the new challenges have started over on CDAC  and this is my card for the  1-2-3 Challenge. We had to have 1flower, 2 design papers, 3 pieces of bling. My image, carnation from Nina B was printed twice, coloured with copics, then just the flower was fussy cut out.  Spellbinders circle die used to cut one out and mounted the flower on top. This was then mounted on a Nellie Snellen patterned circle die. PP is from Prima Botanicals 6 X 6 pad, CS from DCWV, Kaiser bling and lace from stash.   Copics: R81, R85, R89  G82, G85.

O little Town of bethehem My second card for this challenge  is also from Crafting with Jack and is a digital image. It is coloured with prisma pencils and mounted on CS . I printed the image twice, once on white then yellow CS and cut out the large star and sentiment and mounted them with dimensionals. Thought it needed just a little something more and this palm tree brad seemed perfect. Sorry but I didn't take note of the pencils.

Friday Sketch Large card

This week on the challenge at Paper Craft Planet we were asked to try a large card measuring 71/4 by 4. For me this was fun as I do a few especially for Christmas. This CAS card was quick and easy using a cuttlebug die and embossing folder that I then sanded. It was mounted on kraft CS and the PP is from the reject shop. Added a button with twine and ribbon. Love the clean look of this.

Annabelle Stamps Colour Challenge

Image
Annabelle Stamps colour challenge this week was to use the colours below Here is what I came up with. Stamped the image from Squared posies twice and coloured with distress inks. Sentiment also from the same set.  Cut flower from one and mounted it over the other, then mounted it on spellbinder die and on to card. The PP is a Scrap and ribbon from Hobby sew.   Haven't done the Cuttlebug challenge over on Paper Craft Planet for ages so decided to enter that as well. Had fun with it and this is the result. Had to use a new die and I love my new tessatine border die from Memory Box. The stamp is from Gina K and sentiment is computer generated.

Been quiet here at home so plenty of time to just laze around and relax. Made two cards, the first one for the card challenge on   Chookscraps January 2013 card challenges The criteria was to use your copics and this is the result.Cut the image with oval spellbinders, PP scraps and hemp twine.   The second was done for AnnaBelle Stamps   topical Tuesday challenge to use one of the digi stamps. I have made a resolution to do at least one Christmas card a week and this was perfect. Coloured with watercolour pencils and used scraps left from my Christmas cards ( I need to clean my desk) and book binding ribbon.

The paper is old could be Basic Grey, stamps from http://www.darkroomdoor.com/  Essentials Collection Wildflower and Essentials 3 Co llections Butterflies. So simple and easy to make.
