Outlawz progressive Monthly Challenge September

Dancing is Magic I can't believe it's been so long but things are still stressful here and I just can't seem to get back into a routine. Maybe that's good as I am doing more activities other than crafting. Nearly forgot this months challenge but here it is. As usual I used copics for colouring and like the finished card. The image is a digi called The little ballerina by Hetty Clare

The Secret of Staying Young This cute image called Nadia is by  M Medel Illustrations  and I had to look up eyes as I have never coloured them this big. Not as hard as I thought and like the way they turned out. I think the hardest part was deciding what colour to make them. Kept it simple to show her off and choose a saying I love by Lucille Ball. I have a folder full of fun and quirky sayings and sentiments that I go to often if I have trouble matching one for my cards. The image was coloured with copics, added to a piece of leftover PP then to some black card that was adhered to a yellow card base. Just had to add a few sparkles to match her dress as a every girl needs some bling. Copics: Hair: YR000,00,14,18. Skin: E50,51,53,R21. Eyebrows: E15,19. Eyes: YG11,63,W7,9 and White Gel Pen. Lips: E07 Dress: Y06,08, and black acrylic paint pen for the dots. Shadow: C000,1,3,5.

You can never have enough. Had fun playing with the free image this month and this is the result. The freebie is from DT and administrator Sandra VanBlaricum and is called eggs. I printed the image twice, coloured them with copics then cut them out.  Printed another image from Beccys Place called Easter Bunny, coloured it also with copics then added the eggs to make my little scene. Cut some grass with a die from My favourite things, added the sentiment, adhered it to a blue card Mat then unto a white card base. The Conductor I can't believe that it has been a month since my last post. Time just seems to fly past, or maybe I have just been to busy with other things. I have made plenty of cards and I will put some of my favourites up tomorrow. This card is for the last freebie challenge for 2018 and as usual it's a last day scramble to do it. I love the result even if it was rushed. The image is coloured with copics and I used some distress inks to create a vintage grunge look. After printing the image I drew a scroll around it and stamped some music randomly here and there. I distressed the scroll, used mounting tape to adhere it to some music I printed then adhered it to a black card mount and onto my card base. The sentiment  is from a  Darkroom door set called Melody and I attached it with some twine. The distress inks used, old paper and vintage photo, were added to the edge of the scroll and patterned paper to add some dimension. Copics: The conductor: Skin: E0000...

Snowbuddy loves you like I do  Running late as usual so this will be a quick post so I can add my card to the challenge.. Will get back and edit it later. Back again. Love the way this turned out and have a dear friend that will love this. I printed the snowman and sentiment out together and snow-woman on a separate piece of xpress it paper and coloured them with copics. Fussy cut the snow-woman and used mounting tape to add her to the snowman panel. The sentiment I have no idea where it's from but it is perfect for this. Sorry the pic is a bit bright but it was not the best time to take the photo this morning and I had to be out early.. Copics: Snowman/Woman: N0,1,5,7.E25,YR07,16. Foxy Love I can't believe it's the end of October and less than two months til Christmas. The time is just flying by and and as usual I'm late with this months challenge. Had the idea in my head for ages but other things got in the way. I loved playing with this fox image from MMedel Illustration and pleased with the way it turned out. I printed it twice, rotated one of them, so they look like they are kissing and used my copics to colour them. Was going to stamp them on the card front but decided to fussy cut them out as I thought I might like to have them raised up. I Masked the moon off and coloured the background in Distress oxides. The sentiment is from an Altenew set called To the Moon  which went perfect with the kissing foxes. Added stars with a white gel pen and a few hearts and all done. In the end the foxes where just glued flat to the card. Copics: Foxes: YR000,15,18,21,R20,E20,40,42,49, Black 100

The are such pretty flowers and great to colour. I used copics and kept the card fairly uncluttered to show the tulips off. Sending Hugs It's taking me a while to get back into my craft room after Christmas and I am late as usual with this months challenges. Today I decided to do a distress ink background and surprise I actually like it so it spurned me on to colour up the lovely image for the Outlawz monthly challenge. The image is from Di's Digis and it was fun to colour. I stamped a tree from the  Darkroom door   set Gum trees using a dauber to ponce the ink onto the stamp then a fine brush to paint the trunk to finish the background. Fussy cut the image and adhered it to the card after stamping the sentiment from a Create a Smile set - Just Because then added some glossy accents to the cupcake and ribbon. I did use my prisma pencils for some shading as the bunny looked like it was floating. Copics:  Bunny: W00,1,3,5,7,R01. Clothes: G12,14,16,BG000,B14. Ribbon: R43,59. Cupcake: E23,25,27,R000,21,22. Merry Christmas Decided to have a break from my blog and concentrate on family & friends leading up to Christmas. Had most of my cards done and pressie organised so had plenty of time to catch up for lunches and dinners with people I don't see very often. Spent time going to the movies with my hubby and returned daughter and loved getting together with old work mates and just having fun. I was so busy I nearly forgot to make my card this month but here it is. One Christmas card done for 2018. I kept it clean and simple by printing two baubles onto a card base and another onto a scrap piece of card. I coloured them all with copics and fussy cut the extra one out. I adhered it with mounting tape to the base then onto green card, then a grey card base. Added silver strips to baubles, Wink of Stella and some distress Evergreen Bough ink around edge and all done. Copics: Baubles: N1,3,5. Blue ribbon: B000,02,12,16. Teal ribbon: BG11,13,15. Green ribbon: G000,...

I printed the gum trees from Make it Crafty  first then drew in the ground and coloured them with oxide distress inks to make the background. I then printed the store, extra dog on xpress it card, coloured them with copics and fussy cut them out. Used flat tape to adhere the store and mounting tape for the dog. The birds are from a set called Spread Cheer from Penny Black. The dog is from an old Sparkle and Sprinkle set called Scratchy. Copics:  Store:  Walls: E41,43,44. Veranda/roof/posts: E70,71,74. Happy Birthday Friend Two friends share the same birth date this month and I thought the image from Bugaboo would be a perfect birthday card for one of them. I may even do another with the same image. After printing it out I coloured the image with copics and hand drew a border around it before mounting it on an aqua blue card base. Added some tiny hearts, some bling for the flower centres and a happy birthday die sentiment from Elizabeth Craft Designs . A nice quick card. Copics:  Flowers: RV11,13,14,17,V01,12,15,17,R56.
