Thanks. The greeting this fortnight for the Monday challenge is thanks and I had the perfect image from Eureka Stamps for it as it came with this cute sentiment. Have had it for some time and it has been well used. Both my daughters have cats and it fits many different cards. Was a quick card to make. I printed the image and greeting unto a square card base, coloured the cat with copics then stamped the  thanks from a set from Create a Smile. This was then adhered to a piece of green card then to the card base. Copics:  Cat: YR14,18,21,24,W9. Box: BV0000,01,11,17. Ribbon: YG17,23,25. Paper: W0,1,3. Shadow: G0000,000. Ground: E40,42,44,74.

Thanks Decided the next card I made I would not use copics so dragged out my watercolours. Found a small  set that I bought at a cheap dollar store that I had never used and gave them a whirl. It was great for backgrounds but not for detailed images but I couldn't waste them so here is the card I made with one of the backgrounds.  The challenge at crazy for challenges this week is to use your words and this is my take on it. We have had a long hot summer and this backgound sums it up. I stamped the wheat background stamp from Heroarts with versamark on the coloured panel and white heat embossed it. I die cut the word thanks three times from black and white card and layered them up. Cut the thanks out of the panel, adhered the panel to a black card matt and then glued in the thanks, slightly off setting it to give it a shadow.  Added 3 butterflies, used a Martha Stewart, and then adhered it to pale green card base. I look at the card and it screams, long hot summer....

Australia Day Thanks Every Australia Day two lovely friends open there house for their Annual Australia Day get together. It's so much fun with a typical Aussie Barbecue, yummy sweets included, plenty of cool drinks and the quiz. You have to answer 10 multi choice question on Aussie topics (also some about the hosts) but no googling allowed. Tony does not make them easy and his word is final. Just a beaut day to catch up with a great bunch of mates.This is the card I made as thanks to Tony And Venessa for all the hard work they put in to it.
