Spread Your Wings. This month the Image is designed by Mary Smith for Createful Heart Digis and on the Progressive  Freebie team. It is a lovely image and great to colour. I did have to Google hummingbirds as I had no idea what colours they where and there are a lot. I printed two, coloured one with my copics and just the bird on the second image. Used a Spellbinders circle die to cut it out and then placed a die from Kaiser called circle vines over the top and trimmed it to fit. I made sure the bud and the bird tail were not cut cut so they could hang over the die to give it some dimension. Added the second bird with mounting tape after I fussy cut it out, fixed to a purple card base and a nice clean and simple card to add to my stash. Copics:  Flowers: V04,BV11,13,17,YR68. Happy Birthday Friend Two friends share the same birth date this month and I thought the image from Bugaboo would be a perfect birthday card for one of them. I may even do another with the same image. After printing it out I coloured the image with copics and hand drew a border around it before mounting it on an aqua blue card base. Added some tiny hearts, some bling for the flower centres and a happy birthday die sentiment from Elizabeth Craft Designs . A nice quick card. Copics:  Flowers: RV11,13,14,17,V01,12,15,17,R56.
