The Outlawz Progressive Monthly Challenge

Image
Birthday Tulips Thought it was time to get back into the monthly challenge over on the Outlawz blog and just noticed my last post was about tulips as well. The are such pretty flowers and great to colour. I used copics and kept the card fairly uncluttered to show the tulips off. The PP mat is an old piece from Graphic 45 I found in my to tidy box and I layered four of the tulips but hard to see in the photo. The sentiment is from a set called You Matter  by Simon Says Stamps.  Copics: Tulips: R01,02,05,12,14,17,21,22,24,29,35,43,46. Leaves & Stems: YG00,11,13,17. Sky: BG0000,10,11. Ground: N1,3,5,7,9, and Black Copic Multi Liner 0.3

Surprise Challenge

72 Hour Challenge Gerda has thrown another 72hr challenge and kindly given us this cute free image. Thank you Gerda for your generosity. I added a couple of extra balloons and the happy birthday before printing him out. Have a few birthdays coming up so this will come in handy. Coloured the image with my copics and left it fairly CAS. Used a couple of rectangle dies from Mama Elephant  to cut out the image and PP. The paper is a 6x6 pad from Basicgrey called Offbeat. PP is adhered to a blue card base and then the image is added with foam tape. I kept the card pretty CAS and it makes the mouse and balloons pop. Copics:  Mouse: N1,3,5,R000 and black Multiliner 0.1 for the whiskers. Overalls: B12,14,E79. Balloons: Y04,08,YR000,12,16,YG07,09. Shadow: BG0000. Ground: W1,5. I am also very excited to have been chosen the winner of the last challenge and the prize was 3 digital images of my choosing. Thanks so much Gerda for my prize.

Annabelle Stamps Colour Challenge

Image
Annabelle Stamps colour challenge this week was to use the colours below Here is what I came up with. Stamped the image from Squared posies twice and coloured with distress inks. Sentiment also from the same set.  Cut flower from one and mounted it over the other, then mounted it on spellbinder die and on to card. The PP is a Scrap and ribbon from Hobby sew.   Haven't done the Cuttlebug challenge over on Paper Craft Planet for ages so decided to enter that as well. Had fun with it and this is the result. Had to use a new die and I love my new tessatine border die from Memory Box. The stamp is from Gina K and sentiment is computer generated.
