Outlawz Sunday Cas Challenge

Image
Make Some Noise Just a quick post as I had a mad dash to visit my DD Tammy. She lives 4hrs away and she has had a bad week with the news her precious cat has been diagnosed with diabetes. I just wanted to cuddle her and lend my support. Her little fluff ball Lilly is her baby but they think they can get it under control. I had started this card at home and grabbed my copics to finish it if I had time but that didn't happen. Lucky for me this weeks is anything goes so will enter it for that. The digi is from Birdie Brown but she no longer has her shop but still designs for MFT. The sentiment and music are from an old stamp set from Annabelle Stamps. She was an Australian online shop that is no longer in business. It was a shame as she designed some lovely sets. The music note is from a Darkroom Door set. Copics: Dog: E51,53,55,57. Top: BG13,15,49,YR07. Guitar: G0000,000,00,02,C1,3. Headphones: N9,7,W5,7. Ground: E71,74. Shadow: B0000. I am back home but w...

Birthday Card

Image
Happy Birthay A quick blog as I am supposed to be packing for Sydney. A dear friend has a birthday tomorrow and I whipped up a card for him as we will be catching up in Orange before we head off. The stamped images are from Annabelle stamps  and love the way it turned out. The background stamp is from Darkroom door  and I wanted a grunge look so lots of inking and distressing. The guitar is coloured with copics, cut out and mounted on the background. Tickets, I think from Tim Holtz, and twine. Background coloured with distress ink. PP is an old scrap.

Annabelle Stamps Sketch Challenge

Image
Nearly forgot this challenge as things got rather hectic this afternoon and we are going away for a few days. My youngest DD is a mad Cliff Richards fan so we are of to Sydney to catch his show. He is not coming to Canberra, and as Tammy is in Orange we have a few hours driving, so making it a nice long weekend. Some shopping, sightseeing and the show. The challenge  was a sketch and this is my take on it.   I stamped the image from the new Standing Tall stamp set and added a touch of colour with a watercolour pencil and blending pen. Stamped the sentiment from All things grow three times in brown ink. Mounted the image on spellbinders floral and nesting small oval. The pp was an old cutoff and can't remember the name. Buttons, small bling and ribbon to finish.
